About the Space
Photography studio with lots of natural light -- which can also be effectively blacked out, large backdrop available in black or white ($5 charge if it gets dirty and I need to cut off part afterward), green screen, and a selection of strobes and continuous lights with accessories to use. My Blackmagic Pocket Camera 4K and rig are available to rent for an additional $10/hr and a Zhiyun CRANE 3S gimbal for another $10/hr). The space is also perfect for filming interviews and auditions. The space also has comfortable seating, bathroom, kitchen area with mini-fridge and freezer, a table for hair and makeup, and big speakers to create a relaxed environment for intimate shoots or crew up to 10 people. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
