Ideal for private & business social events up to 150 people. Space is a blank canvas for your creation. No pre-selected event planners, caterers, mobile bartenders, party suppliers or furniture is provided and there rental up charge for outside services. The selection is all yours. We provide the space, you create the party! When determining booking time include set up and clearing of the event. Minimum booking is 4 hours. For video/photo sessions please select the “Production” level booking. For corporate meetings, book/ poetry readings or product demonstrations please select the “Meeting” level booing.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
