MASTER BEDROOM: Features King size bed BEDROOM 1: Features a queen size bed BEDROOM 2: Features a queen size bed KITCHEN: Smeg fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Kettle, Cooking Utensils, 8 foot Dining table LIVING ROOM: 55in Smart TV (netflix, Hulu and many more apps) Large reclaimed wood dining room table is perfect for family game night or a locally-sourced meal. Simple open shelf style kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a perfect home-cooked meal (pots, pans, kettle, french press, drip coffee maker, utensils, dinnerware etc.) We also provide silverware, hand towels, linen napkins, japanese knives, full set of grilling utensils, kabob skewers, bowls, plates, mugs, and glassware. Off of the main living space, there are two private bedrooms each featuring a queen-size bed. The loft upstairs has a king-size bed. There are two large sofas in the living room to relax, nap, or sit and sip wine with friends and family. A full bathroom with large shower is located between the bedrooms on main floor. Bedsheets, towels, blankets are all provided for our guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
