Long Island City Drive-in Production Facility with Daylight Offices and a Kitchen
About the Space
Studio Three is a 4,600 sq. ft. facility with production space, kitchen, offices, and three single restrooms. Production space has a ceiling height of 15 ft. with a drive-in entrance width of 12 ft. x 13.5 ft. height. There is a small set of stairs that goes to two offices and a kitchen. The offices have large windows with nice natural light (office ceiling height 9.5 ft.). Security Deposit: We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Site Rep: Someone from our team will be on-site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space, verify headcount, and that all rules are followed. Certificate of Insurance: A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Location Agreement: Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. The absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. We manage several locations in Long Island City and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. All surfaces are cleaned with EPA-approved cleaning products. Client is required to stay apprised of and follow all CDC and New York Health Department guidelines pertaining to the operation of a facility engaged in the activities associated with the Project and any other activities conducted on the Premises.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
