One of the rooms is currently in process of being turned into an office! The back of the home has a professionally laid 4-hole putting green with a gas firepit to go along the side. There is a seating area with plenty of shade in addition to an outdoor dining table. It is perfect for talent holding, storing equipment, wardrobe, hair/makeup or can be used for shooting as well. There is also a 2 seat golf cart that can be rented for any production. This will require insurance / necessary paperwork The entire home has neutral wood plank floors. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking.
