About the Space

This dark and historic bar is full of tradition - drinking, community, sports, music, gatherings for generations in the area. Dark booths, a small stage, dart board, long wooden bar with touches of red, all create a very cool atmosphere for production. Dive bar meets sports bar vibe. Note: Bar is open only in summer and will not close then unless for a very large budget. We advise you arrange a scout visit. Security Deposit: $2000/day

We provide a list of COVID rules. The bar is cleaned professionally. We expect production to do their tested/vax info and wear masks at all times (except for on camera talent and meals) and the owners will do the same.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
