About Margaux

Welcome to my home! This house was built in 1912 and includes all the charming details of an old home. As an Interior Designer and rental host, I take pride in providing clean and thoughtfully designed accommodations. We are nestled in the Foster-Powell neighborhood, an up-and-coming area bursting with hidden gems! This location is a photographer's dream. Its unique character and vibrant atmosphere provide the perfect backdrop for a photo shoot or filming project. Please note: On occasion, I may need to be in the upstairs unit during your shoot as I work from home. Rest assured that I will give you all the privacy needed during your shoot. Since there is one bathroom, the only exception may be for a quick bathroom break but I will not disturb the shoot if this happens.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

I use natural, non-toxic products throughout, so the space is fresh without any harsh chemical smell when you arrive. Here's what I take care of between every booking: • Floors swept and mopped • All surfaces wiped down — countertops, tables, shelving, windowsills • Bathroom cleaned and restocked • Kitchen cleaned and reset • Soft surfaces spot-cleaned as needed • Plants watered and tended • Décor and furniture reset to its original arrangement • Trash emptied and fresh liners in place

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
