About the Space
My space works well for photo and video shoots: white walls with white blackout shades. Lots of natural lighting as well. Epoxy flooring makes it easy to roll cameras. Open kitchen takes up minimal space: may be used for sets and/ or for refreshments. Two bedrooms are available as well as a large desert garden with koi pond and direct mountain view.

Professional cleaners disinfect and clean all spaces in between activities. The fee for this service is $200.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
