Affordable and Beautiful, this multi-room event venue is in a gorgeous 1903 Mini-Mansion- completely remodeled where industrial meets history plus an artistic flare of modernism. šŸ’œJust a tad north of downtown Indianapolis out of the heavy traffic but easily accessible, this is a fantastic place for team meetings, corporate retreats, workshops, and business events for groups up to 80 (60 with tables, 80 for audience style seating). šŸ’œThis booking is for our entire first floor mansion + VIP Training Center , which includes a bonus space outdoor terrace. When you enter the building, you'll find a large open space with a stunning marble epoxy floor. We have several floor set up plans to choose from depending on what you want to accomplish during your event. šŸ’œIn our Training Center, you have full use of our east wall of whiteboards or cover them up with a full white curtain for a more formal look. In the room, There is also a food serving island, refrigerator, and freezer. You have access to our first floor rooms- which are perfect for breakout sessions, a happy hour, and also for a separate food serving option in our cafe. šŸ’œWe offer packages from basic to premium. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our venue is sanitized thoroughly and all surfaces and restrooms are cleaned between each event. Floors are also swept and mopped. In addition to our event cleaning, We also have a professional cleaner who does a deep clean each week.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
