We also offer a secondary 500 sq. ft. one-bedroom, one-bath suite that can be added to your Penthouse booking. Private rooftop deck with outdoor shower, table for 8, 1 sofas, and 3 loungers. Amazing views of NYC. Beverage refrigerator available ice buckets sound system etc. occupancy for up to 25 people. Photoshoots, fitness, yoga, sip & paint, brand and product shoots, wine tastings, product launches, proposals, FOR ALL EVENTS HOST(s) will provide 1-2 onsite coordinators to assist during events from cleaning up, bartending, to act as a runner for food and cocktails, check people in at the door etc. This service is a courtesy and is not additional. It is included in your rate. A Guest List MUST be provided 48 hours in advance for all attendees and vendors. Our staff will check them in at the door. NO ONE will be allowed in if they are not on the guest list -no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
