Lively Suburban Backyard with Fire-pit
About the Space
This spacious yard is perfect for any outdoor event whether intimate or large, from a summer backyard barbecue to an enchanting evening with family and friends. There is adequate street parking in the front and rear of the house. The large yard can accommodate up to 100 guests. There is suitable patio space and there is a large fire-pit area that can seat up to 40 people. Both areas are fit for dancing or lounging and in the Fall or at night the fire pit can provide a warm bonfire. At night the yard is lit with a variety of LED lights. We can also offer outdoor heaters and a portable fire-pit to suit guests for cooler weather. Additional tent services can be offered. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
