Urban Terraced House in Tooting Bec

We are a late Edwardian Arts and Crafts terrace situated in the heart of Tooting Bec in Southwest London, with all the amenities that this provides. Our family home is on 3 floors, with 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room, WC, reception room and a very large open plan kitchen dining area suitable for wide angle photography. The back space (4M x 5M) can be cleared of all furniture and has been used as a mini studio on occasions. We have designed the downstairs so that everything can be moved to afford you greater flexibility within the space. The island is on castors and all remaining furniture is on felt pads. There are folding doors to the reception room which can be closed for privacy or to create a separate space. We have a large blackboard wall which you can shoot against, we allow redecoration of the property with permission and have blackouts so you can alter lighting in the extension. There are two kids' bedrooms for a teenage girl and boy, and a very spacious ensuite master bedroom in the loft with shuttered doors to a balcony. Street parking is readily available, and very close to the property if not directly outside. Within 5 minutes of our home are a number of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, DIY Stores, an Argos and a TK Max catering to any emergency requirements or hunger pangs! We have been hosting shoots for 15 years and are always happy to provide any help required to make your shoot day run as smoothly a possible; you will be provided with a document which includes useful info about the house and the locality upon arrival or prior to the shoot.
