. Our white (16x20) & green chromakey cyc walls are for catalog, fashion, music, photo & video productions. Not suitable for recording sound M-F (9am 5pm). Our neighbor is under construction. Do let us know which wall you intend to use so we can prepare it for you. . Free of charge are: chairs, sofas, props, fog machine, fans, heavy-duty stands, extension cables, and RGB/White LEDs lights, 4x8 white/black panels. . Full AC and free WiFi . Heavy-duty lighting stands, ladders, and extension cables. . Some LED lights are available for video. . 12' 6" High Ceiling, 1000' shooting space + 1000' storage space . Makeup area, Greenroom, bathroom, Studio shooting area . Assistant available on set ($200 - $250/ day, let us know your budget) . Complete PA system with Bluetooth . Imac 27" with photoshop, Capture One 21 for tethering, and Lightroom clothing racks & industrial steamer. .Two Aputure Nova 300c RGB panels w/softbox, grid, sandbag, and stand (additional $19/ea.)

Our trash is taken out daily, and all table surfaces are disinfected before and after every shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
