About the Space
A large and light open plan kitchen, dining room and stunning oak-frame and glass sitting room with vaulted ceiling (50 feet by 14 feet). Large bi-fold oak doors open out onto a large wooden balcony, with extensive views over rolling countryside. Real maple and oak wooden floors throughout. Aga and woodburner. Exposed wooden ceiling beams. The space is airy, large and light and would work well for all forms of photography/video. Also available are extensive gardens, woods and fields (3.5 acres) for outdoor filming and an additional sitting room for use to take a break or store equipment.

Lighting description
Natural light comes through 4 oak framed casement windows and a set of double doors off the dining/ kitchen area. The side of the room with 2 windows and glass doors faces S. The oak room has 4 very large windows,(3ft X 6ft) a set of double glass doors and 2 velux windows. The view from the end of this room is to the west so light comes in to the room from all directions. This room is flooded with natural light all day.
There are no curtains or shutters.
Space is not soundproof

We are rural with no traffic noise and no noisy neighbours.

Equipment loading description
The entrance to the space is from a private drive, along a garden path and down a sloping lawn with paving stones. There is a small step up onto a wooden deck then a small step through double doors. An old Rayburn has been removed and a piano and an Aga have been delivered using this route.
Staging area is available
There is a sitting room, a small snug, a shower room and back porch all available for crew and talent.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Not all bedroom are available.

Power rating is normal UK 240 volts. Many outlets/ plugs and sockets throughout the property. Circuit breaker is in the hall.
