There is also a beautiful, lush patio extended out from the kitchen with wisteria filling a pergola and potted plants and trees creating a little oasis in the midst of downtown Brooklyn. This is the kind of space that is ideal for photo shoots and video shoots. The living/dining/kitchen areas can all be used freely. The upstairs sun-drenched bedroom featuring a fireplace and over 15-foot ceilings and skylights can also be used for an additional cost. No loud or large crews, please. Although it is an independent home, we take great pride in our space, which is also our home and prefer small events.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
