Choose how you want to work: rent the room, add recording equipment and crew, or ask us to plan and produce your content. 1. RENTAL — BRING YOUR TEAM $100/hour · 3-hour minimum. Your rental includes: • The existing podcast room, set and furniture. • Three basic continuous lights for a simple interview setup. • Wi-Fi and free parking. • Access to the lounge, changing area and kitchenette. • Standard cleaning and reset. The included lights are self-operated. Cameras, microphones, audio recording equipment, operators and managed file delivery are not included in room-only rental. ROOM RENTAL PRICES • 3 hours: $300. • 6 hours: $600. • 9 hours: $900. No separate standard cleaning fee. Your reserved time includes setup, recording, packing and wrap. 2. SUPPORT — ADD EQUIPMENT & CREW Bring your topics and production plan. Add the recording resources you need. Standard three-hour session options, including room rental: • Self-operated audio — $450 total. Room access, a standard audio kit and a brief equipment handover. Your team operates the recording. • Audio with an engineer — from $750 total. Room access, standard audio equipment, a recording engineer and original audio files with one standard handoff. • Three-camera capture — from $1,250 total. One existing set, three cameras, standard lighting, audio, a dedicated operator and original recording files with one standard handoff. • Producer-led recording — from $2,500 per session. A planned three-hour session with a dedicated producer and recording operator, an agreed interview outline and on-set coordination. Choose one session configuration. These prices already include the room; they are not added on top of the room-rental total. For standard supported recording, plan for up to 60 minutes of conversation within the three-hour session. Setup, checks and wrap use the remaining session time. Longer conversations, multiple episodes, additional crew and custom setups are scheduled and priced before booking. Equipment and crew availability must be confirmed in advance. Editing, captions, finished episodes and social clips are quoted separately. 3. FULL PRODUCTION — FROM BRIEF TO FINISHED CONTENT Need help developing the format, planning interviews or delivering finished episodes and clips? Share your goals, audience, references and intended platforms. We will prepare an itemized proposal covering the agreed preparation, recording and post-production. Your proposal defines episode length, deliverables, clip count, review rounds and delivery dates. Producer-led recording does not automatically include editing or finished content. HOW TO BOOK 1. Starting prices apply to the standard configuration; your offer confirms the final scope and total. The space is generally quiet but is not fully soundproof. Please discuss highly controlled audio requirements with us before booking. This rental covers the podcast room. Cyclorama and green-screen shooting areas are not included.
