About the Space
A beautiful outdoor space with a large patio seating area for parties. The patio also features a built in stone grill. Open grass for yoga classes and other activities. A large porch open to guest having events. A pond with fish to sit by. Simply a beautiful space to host any small to medium sized event. There's a $100 setup fee, a $100 cleaning fee, and it's $15/hr for use of our heaters. Event pricing is $50/hr with a 2 hour minimum with events for 35 guests or less. It increases to $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum for events with over 35 guests. We also have half day and full day rates. *Bathroom access is available for 20 guests or less. If you have more than 20 guests, you will need to rent a portable restroom. **Photos and video will be captured for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have photos and video footage of your event taken, please let us know** PLEASE READ OUR RULES!!! P.S. We mainly offer our space. Outside of some chairs and tables that we have for use, you are responsible for decorating, setting up and breaking down.

A professional cleaner is hired in between each event to assure the highest standards of cleanliness. There is a $100 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
