Welcome to The Cast Collective! If you want to host an intimate baby shower, throw a celebratory wedding reception, or a graduation party, our venue is completely customizable to make your visions a reality. With an open floor plan, white walls, and high ceilings, our space is airy and elegant as well as completely customizable to your needs. Nestled in the heart of Nashville’s Music Row, this is the perfect amount of space for a big cocktail hour or exclusive sit-down dinner. We have no required vendors, so feel free to bring your mom's home cooked dishes or show off with local, Nashville food. With access to a kitchenette, folding tables, cocktail tables, table linens, place settings, glassware, and even a private parking lot, we can help make your event one to remember. Our job is videography, photography, and all things podcasting and production. This can be a one-stop shop not only to host your event but also to hire videographers and photographers to capture your event seamlessly. If you want to bring your own team in to capture the special day, no problem! We won't be offended! We have hosted writers' rounds for singers & songwriters, speakers' series, corporate parties & events, bridal showers, engagement parties, and a whole lot more. If you can think of it, we can execute it. Feel free to inquire for questions regarding add-ons, timing, vendors or anything you may need. *If beer, wine, champagne or liquor is served an ABC licensed bartender must be present. **Day-of event insurance is mandatory ***Pricing is subject to increase for peak seasons, holidays and holiday weekends.

We take pride in our space being very clean and minimalistic! We have a trusted professional cleaning team that helps us cleans between events, and we will do whatever we need to do to make sure you are comfortable in our space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
