Perfect for photo/video shoots, meetings, and intimate get-togethers. - an intimate dining room perfect for holding small meetings or having an intimate dinner date. - a clean kitchen equipped with working appliances, fixtures and even clean dishes available for use. Refreshments will be available. This space can be used for meal prep/holding, cooking, and even photo/video shoots. - one modern half bathroom available for all guests. Equipped with cleaning supplies. Decorated to increase comfort and can even be used for photo/video shoots if desired! - one large grass backyard. A blank slate for creativity, perfect for outdoor events such as, barbecues, baby showers, birthday parties, outdoor meetings, photoshoots, and video shoots. A large deck with deck seating as well as a working grill is included! There is also outdoor electrical included as well. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
