This space has been transformed from a residential home, to a Real Estate model home that offers 2 unique spaces. The conference room comes equiped with a conference table that allows up to 8 people to sit comfortably and additional seating around the room as well. It also has 2 standing presentation/workstations with whiteboards and WIFI projector & screen. You can also book the entire flexroom with kitchen, as well that will allow up to 20 people.

We have a professional cleaner that comes in and deep cleans weekly. In between each booking, all tables, chairs, doorhandles are wiped down with disenfecting wipes
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
