We are one of New York’s premier art gallery, experiential and brand pop-up spaces, positioned to exhibit art, design, retail pop-ups and brand launches, located at the heart of Hudson Square and in virtual reality (We have a virtual reality digital twin of the gallery). The space is 1,000 square ft in area with 10ft ceilings. We have the same lighting system as at the Whitney Museum, a 5G WiFi network throughout, touch control climate and a surround sound system. The gallery and pop-up space is a beautiful, modern white box, turn key space and very accessible Hudson Square / west SOHO location. Ideal for artists, art gallery exhibitions, sculpture and NFT displays. 12 hour minimum single day at $3,300. Longer term rentals are negotiable. There is a $200 cleaning fee with each booking. We are unique space in a very accessible west SOHO location. Ideal for artists, art gallery exhibitions, brand launches, brand pop-ups, and NFT displays. We are sadly unable to accommodate birthday parties. If you would like to see the space in person please let us know and we can arrange a walk through. A projector, tables, chairs and coat racks are all available for rent. We have a digital twin virtual copy of the gallery. Ask for details.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned between events. There is usually a 2-3 day time after the space is vacated before the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
