Our 3000 square foot venue is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building in Downtown LA's Fashion District. The suite features high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and historically preserved wall moldings. The space can be used for:
*mixers
*networking events
*VIP/private parties
*business meetings or functions
*promotional events
*art/fashion exhibits
*creative workspace
*panels and workshops
*pop up retail or restaurant projects
*yoga/dance classes
*video and photo shoots
The suite includes a standard kitchen which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and plenty of table and counter space to do prep work for pop-up dinners, etc. Please note that because this is not a commercial kitchen, you cannot use it to cook and serve food to the public. We're excited to host you!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
