About the Space
This home is perfect for showers, private dinners, and small weddings and events. Recently completely relandscaped with modern design, lots of sitting areas, a wide open grass lawn, and open areas for up to 25 chairs. Guests can also use the sunroom with lots of natural light and greenery, and the living room, bathroom, and kitchen (fully stocked) areas for events that need food preparation space. There are swings and a zipline in the backyard for kids. Indoor Events - The open living room/dining area can comfortably sit 12 people at the main dining table, but furniture can easily be moved to accommodate up to 25 with additional tables (folding tables can be provided). The sunroom is attached to the dining room and can seat comfortably another 10 people. Several additional amenities can be rented or included such as placemats, candle holders, table runners, corn hole, outdoor heaters, pop-up tents, folding tables, and wedding or event decor. Custom quotes can be provided for having staffing to run, plan, or decorate your event.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
