Welcome to Hype Studios, a premium photo and video production studio located in the heart of Silver Lake, Los Angeles.
Our flagship Stage A features a 40-foot-wide white cyclorama (cyc wall), 14-foot ceilings, beautiful natural light, and a spacious, flexible layout designed for professional productions of all sizes.
Whether you’re shooting a fashion campaign, commercial, music video, editorial, product photography, or social content, Stage A offers the space, amenities, and production infrastructure to bring your vision to life.
THE SPACE
Stage A combines a professional shooting environment with comfortable client amenities, including a lounge, hair and makeup stations, wardrobe areas, and convenient production access.
Natural light fills the studio through overhead skylights, with blackout options available for controlled lighting setups.
Our private loading access and on-site parking make arrivals, equipment loading, and production logistics easy.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Cyc Wall: The white cyc is provided as-is. If a freshly painted cyc is required, please select the cyc repaint add-on when booking.
Booking Hours: Standard studio hours are 8 AM–6 PM. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are available at adjusted rates.
Overtime:
* After 8 hours: 1.5× the applicable hourly rate
* After 12 hours: 2× the applicable hourly rate
Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available. Please confirm vehicle count and parking requirements before your booking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
HYPE STUDIOS | CLEANING PROCESS & INFORMATION
Hype Studios is professionally maintained to provide a clean, comfortable, and production-ready environment for every guest.
BEFORE YOUR BOOKING
* Studio floors, surfaces, and common areas are cleaned regularly.
* Restrooms are cleaned and stocked.
* Shared furniture and high-touch surfaces are sanitized.
* The studio is inspected between bookings when scheduling allows.
* The white cyclorama is provided as-is. Fresh painting is available as a paid add-on and must be requested in advance.
DURING YOUR BOOKING
* Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness throughout their reservation.
* Food, beverages, and production materials must be handled carefully.
* Trash should be collected in designated bins.
* Spills should be cleaned promptly and reported to studio management if assistance is needed.
AFTER YOUR BOOKING
* All trash must be collected, securely bagged, and placed in designated bins.
* Furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original locations.
* All personal belongings, production materials, and equipment must be removed.
* The space must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.
* Excessive cleaning, damage, cyc repainting, or additional waste removal may result in additional charges.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
Standard cleaning and maintenance are performed between bookings as needed. Productions involving excessive mess, large crews, food preparation, or special materials may require additional cleaning services at an additional cost.
Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, welcoming space while ensuring the studio is ready for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
