Energetic Building ready for your creative needs. Ground floor access with free parking. This climate controlled space offers 10ft ceilings and 1100 sq ft space that is 44x25. Various furniture, backdrops settings and 2 Godox 600watt Strobes with wireless controller for (sony, Canon, & Nikon) . A curtain offers a changing area within the studio itself, there is also a large bathroom located in the building. There is a lobby and bathroom located within the building that can be used. Ideal for photography sets of all sizes. Music Videos and Photo events, with a max capacity of 10 people.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
