Welcome to this light-filled Spanish style home in the heart of Atwater Village. This is an ideal spot for lifestyle photo shoots, film shoots, and all your production needs. Every inch of the home is thoughtfully curated featuring a mix of midcentury, vintage, and design-forward decor. There is ample natural light that floods each room with tall white ceilings and original hardwood floors. The kitchen is newly renovated featuring custom white oak cabinetry, terracotta tiles, and french doors that open out to the deck. We have a back studio available for rent for an additional $85/hour. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
