The style is Midcentury Modern / meets Boho Plant Chic. There are Numerous plants in the space. Ivory Hardwood floors in the Main area & Kitchen. Bedroom has carpet. All crew & props must be out of the unit once your session has ended. TABLE + MEETING ACCESSORIES Extra-large (93") Table - seats 10. TONS of lounge seating all over the Loft. HDMI hookup for Television to Macbook or PC Projector, Whiteboards, Easels, Podiums, etc can be rented for you at an additional fee. PARTY SUPPLIES We can assist you in renting party Supplies such as chairs, tables, Specialty dishware, Balloons, Lights, Florals.....and have it in the space for when you arrive. LIGHTS There are no specialty lights provided, however, the unit has an extensive amount of potlights, all controlled by dimmers. WINDOWS Large WIndows wrap around the Entire Unit facing Adelaide & Sherbourne. They are approx 7' high. All the windows in the main area have two sets of blinds - 1 Transparent option, and 1 Blackout option. NOISE The unit is exceedingly quiet, despite being right downtown. We ask, of course, that noise be kept to a minimum as we are in a building with neighbors who live here. There is a small JBL Clip Speaker for your use. CLEANING/ SETUP You are welcome to move any furniture & decor around to suit your needs. It is expected that the unit be left clean as it was prior to your session. WIFI Free wifi for the use of your session. PERSONALLY HOSTED This is a personally hosted space. I remain onsite throughout every booking to welcome guests, answer questions, assist with the space and help ensure the event runs smoothly, while giving your team room to work. FURNITURE As a vintage dealer and curator, I continually source furniture and decor for the loft, so the space naturally evolves over time. Most pieces shown in the listing photos remain in the loft, though some may be sold and replaced with new vintage finds. If a specific piece or setup is especially important to your booking, please message before reserving to confirm its availability. LOFT RULES - FOOD and beverages to be kept in kitchen (not loft area) - No smoking, vaping, parties, pets, adult filming, or loud music. - All activity must be contained within the unit; ABSOLUTELY NO activity permitted in EITHER hallway, or stairway etc. - Garbage to be taken out with you. - Damage policy is to ensure nothing is broken, stained, ripped, or damaged. - Condo entrance and hallway is monitored by video. **Please respect that this is a residential, quiet building** ACCESS / PARKING The loft is accessed by one full flight of stairs, with no elevator. Please consider this when planning accessibility and equipment load-in. There is often Street parking on Adelaide just east of Sherbourne, and a Green P Garage nearby on Sherbourne, just north of Adelaide which is available 24hrs.
