Areas of the house that are available to use include the entry way, front room, great room, kitchen, half bathroom, basement family room/bathroom/kitchenette, and the primary bedroom and bathroom. Parking is available along the street in front of the house and in the driveway.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
