Justine and Gary welcome you to the cleanest, safest corner of the Valley. This ADA compliant production warehouse with soaring 17 foot ceilings was designed with you in mind. A 10'x12' roll-up door will lead you into our air-conditioned 2600 square foot warehouse where you'll find multiple ready made spacious sets, ready for your next production. Enjoy all the benefits of shooting in a house with none of the limitations that make lighting and camera work so difficult in a small, constrained space. Please note our 2 hour minimum, we will not approve any booking requests for 1 or 1.5 hours. Our studio is located in a warehouse with no windows to the outside and therefore no natural light unless the rollup door is open. You are welcome to open the rollup door in order to shoot with natural light, we just recommend using your best judgment based on the temperature/ weather on the day of your shoot. While it isn’t professionally sound-proofed, our space is extremely quiet and getting clean audio is no problem. Weekends are the quietest with almost no neighbors present on the lot. A gorgeous monochromatic seafoam green/ robin's egg blue designer mid century living room with crescent shaped sofa grounds one area of the space. Lower paneling and retro wallpaper adorn the walls and the floor is painted in a striking striped pattern. Through 8' tall antique French doors you'll find an exquisite bedroom set of apricot, peaches, pinks and mustard tones. A brand new decorative queen sized bed upholstered in luxurious gold slub velvet, cute peach vanity table and rust color loveseat define the various areas of the room. Please note that the bed linens may change periodically and may not be as pictured but will be gorgeous and within the color palette of the room. (Please message us if you require something specific). A colorful mini-set inspired by The Simpsons is tucked away into a cozy nook & we think it's absolutely adorable! Adjacent to the bedroom is our pastel triple arch wall featuring whimsical wallpaper and floating in the middle of the room is our large white oak table and 8 pink Modernica fiberglass chairs. Use as a set or for crew lunch etc. We supply a tablecloth to protect the table finish. The bed can be repositioned into other areas of the space but only for full day bookings of 8 hours or longer. It's heavy and requires 2 very strong or 3 moderately strong people to move it. A set of black & white drippy wallpaper accented with our eon FAFO sign gives an additional opportunity for your best grungy, gothic or punk rock looks. Featuring console table with vintage camera props and edgy black leather channeled loveseat sofa. We also have a 19'x19' corner cyc wall currently painted bubble gum pink with orange wooden ladder and various sized pink apple boxes. A huge citron yellow arch with lavender drapes and cute Victorian pink settee is brand new and fresh for spring. Green room with hair & makeup stations features 2 large lit mirrors (with RGB lighting) and 2 blush styling chairs with the ability to recline. Set up crafty on our spacious kitchenette counters or use kitchenette as an additional set. The cabinets are full of colorful vintage depression glassware that you are welcome to use as props for your shoots. All gender private restroom accessible from the main area through the gold door. Please be sure to book as much time as you expect to need for your entire shoot, including load-in, load out, resetting any moved furniture and clean-up. If no one is booked directly after your shoot, you may extend your booking time upon request (in 30 minute increments) but additional time will be charged at 1.5x the regular rate. Your end time means taillights, not packing up/ cleaning up. There is no grace period so please keep track of your time in the space and set an alarm if you need to. Please also be sure to book for the correct number of guests who will be present in the space for your shoot. If we notice more than the expected number of guests in the space, we will upgrade your booking to the appropriate pricing tier on the back end. We would prefer to know any increase in guest counts before your arrival so that we can update the booking then. Please do not attempt to enter the space prior to your start time. Shoots with 10+ people, please be sure to add cleaning fee as an add on. Productions with more than 20 guests are highly recommended to consider booking our space across the parking lot or the warehouse next door. Our location is spacious but it can fill up if you have a lot of gear and/ or crew members. Pricing for 31+ guests includes our neighbor’s warehouse space next door.
