About the Space
Available for audio recording sessions , podcasts , meetings & video shoots. The space is equipped with state of the art vocal recording equipment & programs including pro tools. There is a large soundproof recording booth along with two TVs and a gaming system. WiFi is included and the space features a fridge and microwave. Space fits a maximum of 5 guests and is very homey and comfortable. WiFi is provided & a host will be there to assist you with the set up process. If you need an engineer we will provide one for a fee of $30 per hour added to booking rate . If you need a videographer we can also provide one for a fee of $20 per hour added to the booking rate.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
