About the Space
Working 250 acre commercial goat's milk dairy. Multiple 1980-2000 era barns (low and long) 400+ dairy goats, milking facilities, defunct sugarhouse, various outbuildings, acres of pastures, scrubby woodland, corn/soybean crops, stone walls, established forest, forested wetland and a chain of beaver ponds. 1820's farmhouse also available-for exterior shoots only. Please be aware that this property is a working dairy and our milking schedule will continue regardless of shooting. Film shoots in proximity of the milking parlor may be affected by noise in the morning and evening hours. Goats can be made available for shoots - please tell us what you need! Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
