When you book with us, all our costs include set up of your event in your desired configuration (i.e. boardroom style, u shape, rows, single tables) and also pack up after the event – we make it very easy for you, so all you need to do is swan in and out. Included in the fee is unlimited barista style coffee and speciality tea and within the full day hire cost, we also provide morning tea. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
