Our elegant and vibrant venue space is perfect for your next event! We offer a clean and naturally lit venue that is appropriate for gatherings of up to 100 guests. Within our 2,800 sq. ft space we offer a prep area with a refrigerator, microwave, round tables, chairs, white table linens, custom floor plan, and Wi-Fi. Our breathtaking event space is the ultimate spot for your gathering! Outside food are permitted. The space has an open parking lot and convenient street parking. Viewing the space is by appointment only to make sure it fits your needs, and even to jumpstart the planning process. Just let us know the exact date and time you’d like to come by, and we will make it happen! All time blocks include setup and breakdown/ cleaning. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
