Dance, Yoga, Music, Meeting Space at Liberty Station, Point Loma

My lovely corner studio is a 800 sq. ft studio, with hardwood floors suitable for any dance styles (yes, Flamenco, Tap, and Irish Dance are ok) yoga, fitness classes, music, meetings, and more! The studio is rectangular equipped with full-length mirrors, wood floors, 8 wall-to-wall windows, and tons of natural light. The building has bathrooms on both levels equipped with changing tables and showers. Bathrooms are secure and only accessible with a code. All ages are welcome in the space. Studio includes * 2 Behringer PA speakers with auxiliary hook ups through a Xenyx q302 USB mixer for full sound. Message me to turn the speakers on. Other portable speaker options (Ion Rock Blocker * WiFi 5g and 2.5g - good and fast! * HEPA Air Purifier * Fans and Portable A/C * Hand sanitizing station * Mini-Fridge Tables and chairs are available by request - if you need them, please include how many chairs you'll be using. Health and safety is a top priority! All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly according to CDC regulations. ADA compliant - ramp is on the side of the building. Note: Our studio is next a music studio, across from a dance company, and below a ballet studio. While the airplanes are always the loudest thing given our proximity to the airport, we are in a lively building. We do not keep track of the other tenants schedules and cannot guarantee there won't be sound from our lovely neighbors. Located in beautiful Liberty Station with plenty of free parking and access to good coffee and tea, bars, restaurants, Trader Joe's, Vons, specialty shops, and green space - all easily walkable.
