House is cleaned professionally on a regular basis. House will be cleaned prior to a booking and in between bookings. House must be left in the state it is found, there is a vacuum, mop, cloths and cleaning products you can use. Please do not use your own. If you would like to get in a professional cleaner post your booking that can be arranged. Or you can also pay an extra cleaning fee of $100. Please advise when booking if you do not want to clean yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
