The great room has 20 foot ceilings, a large dining table that will seat 12, a beautiful wall of Southwest facing windows, a wood burning fireplace with a hand crafted wood mantle from the 1800's. Leather couch and room length built in book shelves. The Kitchen is sizable with lots of work space, a gas cooktop, new oven and center island.Bathroom on the main floor includes a deep soaking tub. Lower level has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Upper level loft is home to the master suite which includes a full bathroom, sitting area, work space and cozy, alcoved kids sleeping area. outdoor spaces include a front with an arbor + two hammock chairs, back porch with dining table and seating for 6, yard includes a gas fire pit, pour concrete patio, sitting area for two with a view of the water and sunsets.

The house is professionally cleaned from top to bottom after every rental and deep cleaned quarterly. We used products that are safe for those sensitive to harsh chemicals while still focusing on antibacterial, antimicrobial disinfecting.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
