About the Space
The Old West ranch house sleeps fourteen and features an authentic saloon. The twenty four foot ceiling with stone fire place is situated around three gathering areas and is open to the loft upstairs. The rustic exterior, with an old general store feel, and a sweet front porch and a covered back patio. The yard area has a replica of a cannon, yard games, fire pit, and typical Texas vegetation. REUNIONS: As a retreat or family getaway, the ranch is the perfect venue for poker night in the saloon, coffee on the patio, movies in the den, or s'mores around the fire pit. A sweet space for lovely groups. RETREATS: Host a retreat for a small group. Allow for camping. The Kitchen is huge with plenty of prep space and stocked for cooking. The barn space, great for yoga or group activities, has a cement floor - rustic. WEDDINGS: At some point this will be an amazing space for weddings. If you are a bride on a budget with some creativity, this could be a venue now. FILMING: Bring your crew! The space is huge and ready for action! Plenty of room to spread out, play and connect. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
