Midtown Flexible Performance Space

The Performance Space is a large open studio accommodating intimate performances & rehearsals. Conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, we are located just southeast of Penn Station and are accessible by the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M subway lines. The space is 874 sq ft equipped with a lighting grid, ADA compliant elevator access, three restrooms, lobby area, and a small kitchen. On site we have chairs, music stands, a Yamaha grand piano, a black traveler, a projector, a screen, marley floor, and flexible seating. Additional rooms are available on site to support your event. SPACE DETAILS + FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: • Space Rules: No loud music, Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, No open flames. • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed at a moderate volume. DJ is not allowed. If you plan to bring your own speaker setup, please confirm with our team first. • Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21. • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Food should be prepared prior to booking. No cooking abilities onsite.
