About the Space
This beautiful guesthouse villa is right in the heart of Malibu Canyon with stunning mountain views and provencal, dark bottom pool in the background. Tucked away in nature, you will find ample opportunity for photoshoots. The decor inside has a lot of natural light and is reminiscent of the English Countryside, with beautiful antique and vintage furniture and art. The living room has a two double doors which lead out to a picturesque outdoor Veranda which you may use to your heart's content. The pool may be used as a backdrop for photos, but use of the pool or shooting around it is not permitted as the main house frequently hosts guests vacationing. However, if you would like use of the pool please reach out as it may be able to be scheduled for an extra fee. You will have access to the kitchen to use as a place for catering. There is a single bathroom that you can use at your leisure and can be used for changing. There is also a 10 x 10 space behind the living room that is not pictured, but could also be used as a changing space. However, it is not enclosed. Please note that Peerspace is the only booking platform with which we allow photography, commercial shoots, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
