We do not offer rentals to the general public. Clients of Photographers: If you are booking the space for a session with a photographer, your photographer must book the rental directly. We do not rent the space directly to clients. No exceptions. Studio Policies 18+ only: This studio is intended for adult sessions. Anyone under 18 is not permitted unless approved in advance. You break it, you buy it: To maintain the quality of the studio for all renters, we enforce a “you break it, you buy it” policy. About the Studio Our 1920s brick loft photography studio was designed with boudoir in mind and features stunning natural light, exposed brick, white walls, and original hardwood floors. The studio includes four dedicated sets: Queen bed Green velvet couch Wicker egg chair Clawfoot tub Additional amenities include: Separate room for hair & makeup Private dressing area Bathroom Add-Ons Please reserve any add-ons at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests. Lighting This space gets beautiful natural light throughout the day, with the brightest light typically in the morning. Blackout curtains are available for a darker, moodier vibe. Whether you’re going for bright and airy or dark and dramatic, this studio can do it all.
