The home has 5 levels. Each level and space is unique. Ideal for filming and/or photography. + Backyard: Zen (Has been used for photography for athletic wear and yoga shota as well as band shots; there is a backyard stage, swings, and aerial silks on the exterior and interior.) + Media Room: The Red room is set up for photography as well as a live studio. Has been used for live filming and podcast station. Equipment available at an additional cost include: Green screen with backdrops, Gretsch drumset, telepromptor, camera equipment, film lighting, GoPro, musical equipment such as acoustic and electric guitars and a baby grand piano. + Three additional bedrooms: The Blue Room, The Yellow Room, and the Lion Room. +The Grand Master: 30-foot high ceilings, great lighting, windows that show exterior of landscaping with bamboo. +The Purple Room: Exterior space on the house with professional graffiti wall art. +Garage: Decked out with Red Carpert and Red cabinets. +Kitchen: Open concept chef's kitchen. Great for culinary shots or standing on the walkway. Lighting is natural and beautiful. Also great for catering and as a beverage center while shooting. THE HOME: Was designed by an architect trained under Frank Lloyd Wright and the lighting is impeccable.

The location is given a 48-hour holdover period in order to ensure proper cleaning procedures/COVID compliance. There is a binder at the front entry that documents times of cleaning by professional crew. There are masks/gloves/sanitizers available.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
