Interesting finished basement in Wicker Park. Low black ceilings. Stained red concrete floor. Lounge setup with pipe bed, queen bed, vintage couch, and half bath. Great for photo shoots. There are also iron hoops in the beams so could be used for fetish shoots, OnlyFans, NSFW shoots welcome. Very interesting, photogenic space.
