About the Space
Fairly large and modern backyard located about a mile from the beach. Available for photoshoots or filming. Space contains a saltwater pool, hot tub, gas fire pit with seating and BBQ island with fridge and BBQ. This space has been used for a Gillys Beer photoshoot and a Yardzen commercial in the past. Accesible street with parking and driveway also available if needed.

Space is outdoors and large enough to provide physical distancing. Outdoor areas are watered down and kept clean. furniture is also wiped.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
