About the Space
Custom tiny house w/ a great mix of rustic urban farm feel and all amenities that you need to be comfortable in Midtown. Includes kitchen, bedroom loft, living space, & full restroom. Near downtown, Montrose, medical center, UH, Rice and more. We take pride for what we consider a tiny urban farm in the middle of town that we're working on, you will probably be welcomed by some friendly chickens and/or cats while arriving. We'll also provide some chicken feed and cat treats that you can use to feed them. Light is amazing during the day as you have windows on all sides. The shades can be brought down and used as a great light diffuser. Have had local news do segments at our tiny house as well as themed photoshoots. Despite it being small, can get some good shots with the right lens.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
