About the Space
We're happy to host your production event at this brand-new residence located in Sonoma, just minutes from Sonoma Square. Approximately 50 min north of the Golden Gate Bridge. The house has many photogenic sides, interior or exterior. Spectacular sunsets and views of Mt. Diablo. The entire house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and gardens, furnished or unfurnished, are available for your production. It is available upon short notice, and we're happy to address any of your special requests. Special discounts for non-profits, students, and military. Ample parking in the driveway. Available 7-days a week | 6am-10pm $3,500 Rental Minimum (10-hrs) Note: The calendar is not always updated. Please inquire with us about your preferred day/time. Also, professional production insurance for the day of the event is required. Please include time for setup and breakdown in your booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
