The main house is 2400 sq ft, has high 25 feet ceilings , skylights, 2 floors and a loft. The loft is accessible by ladder offering a beautiful internal view of the house. There is a surveillance system surrounding the property. There is a property manager, who is located in a separate unit, on duty to address any issues you may have. Summers in Frazier Park offer a lush green landscape while winters can offer a snowy wonderland. This is a one of a kind house for photo video and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
