Château on the Lake with Pool and Hot Tub

Beautiful home on 4 acres on the lake with a saltwater pool. This lot is Huge! There are two homes with 9 bedrooms total with 6 full bathrooms and one half. External hot tub, Outdoor Kitchen, and a large pergola to relax and enjoy nature. 10-15 Minutes from LakePoint Sporting complex. 30-25 minutes from the East Cobb Baseball Complex. Close to many places to dine & shop. 1 mile from Lake Allatoona. No cable... high-speed internet to stream. Once booked the manager will verify each guest staying at the property and additional guests staying over will be charged. We are strict with the guest count. The house also has beautiful scenery while looking outside the windows throughout the house. There are fish in the lake and there is a fishing boat on the property to use. Every guest MUST sign a pool and lake waiver prior to checking in. Every guest going to the lake MUST wear a vest while on the lake. We will provide two adult vests and two children's vests. The additional vest is the guest's responsibility. We do not provide fishing poles. This is the house you have all been looking for. It sits on almost 4 acres of land with a shared lake. It has a beautiful pool that sits in the middle of both properties. This house is privately surrounded by nature. We do have neighbors and we ask ALL guests to be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood.
