This training room style conference room can seat 40-49 people comfortably & makes a great setting for an office scene in a photo shoot or film/tv scene or for headshots. The room has a modern design, extra soundproofing, and a custom-made boardroom table with other soft seating included. The space is WiFi ready and comes equipped with a large screen T.V., advanced Solstice Mersive Technology to efficiently and quickly connect for video conferencing, multiple power and data outlets, a large whiteboard, and smart board. We have provided day time and night time cleaning for the full space. Deep cleaning is being done on a normal basis and commercial grade disinfectants are being used to ensure safety for all of our members.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
