Beautiful Mediterranean Courtyard and Home in Beverly Hills

Welcome to Casa Del Sol, a beautiful, spacious Mediterranean courtyard located just north of Sunset Blvd in Beverly Hills. This property is made for entertaining and beautiful productions, with a large enclosed courtyard, grassy area, fountain, and a beautiful indoor pool. Every rental includes access to the full courtyard, the side garden, the front yard driveway, a bathroom in the guest house, and an indoor green room. The kitchen may be added on for a small fee for catering and plating. The outdoor courtyard is a dream space, with a full size fountain, string lighting, cantera stones, and a grassy turf lounge area. We have hosted everything from engagement parties and weddings to corporate events, children's birthday parties, and celebrations of all kinds. The courtyard can hold up to 160 guests standing, and 120 guests seated. We've also hosted product shoots, TV or film shoots with production teams of 30+, and editorial fashion shoots. Versace shot their 2025 summer campaign in the indoor pool! The home, including living room, dining room, library, and bedrooms may be rented using a separate rental link for an additional fee.
