Large beautifully updated home. There are two beds and 2 1/2 baths on the main floor beautiful kitchen, large patio space lots of natural light. Second level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Large open area with pool table and living space. The home has a large inground pool, small creek that runs through the backyard on a large lot. There is lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery, especially in the summer months with all of the greenery and plants.

Home is professionally cleaned in between guests. All high touch surfaces are sanitized and thoroughly cleaned. All bedding is washed in hot water. all soft fabrics/surfaces are sprayed with a disinfectant in between gas. Furnace has air sanitation blue light filter cleaner on it to keep the house air clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
